What data do we collect from our Users and why?

To improve our Services

We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Services, for example to make data-driven decisions about new features.

The Advertising ID is required to show ads that are relevant to your interests.

To help us fix technical issues

When any kind of technical issue arises, we may collect data related to the issue to help us understand and fix the problem. Such data will only be kept for 90 days.

Data that may be collected: Instance IDs, Crash traces, Breakpad minidump formatted data
Data may be transferred to the following third parties: Firebase, Unity Technologies

Legal basis for processing

Our legal basis for collecting and processing the data described above will depend on the data concerned and the specific context in which we collect and process it.

We collect and process personal data only where we have your consent, or where it is in our legitimate interest.

Non-personal identification information

The App may collect non-personal identification information whenever you interact with it. Non-personal identification information may include the language and the OS version of your device or similar information.

Data retention and deletion

We keep our users personal data only as long as necessary to provide them with the service and for legitimate and essential business purposes, such as maintaining the performance of the Services, making data-driven business decisions about new features, and complying with our legal obligations.

If you request, we will delete your personal data, unless we are legally allowed or required to keep the data.

Revoking consent

Whenever we require your consent to use your data, we will also provide a way to opt-in and opt-out easily from within the app, at any time. The opt-out mechanism can usually be found on the Settings screen or on the "About" screen, or in some similar place.

Transfer to other countries

We may share your personal data with other companies located in countries other than your home country in order to carry out the activities specified in this Policy. Personal data collected within the European Economic Area (EEA) may, for example, be transferred to and processed by third parties located in a country outside of the EEA. In such instances we shall ensure that the transfer of your personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable privacy laws and, in particular, that appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational measures are in place such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU Commission.

Any third party with whom an App shares your data - such as analytics tools and advertising networks, as well as any parent, subsidiary or other related entities that will have access to your data - will provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Policy and as required by the Apple App Store Guidelines, and the Google Play Developer Agreement.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of our users personal information.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.
